The complex is set within a 717-acre residential resort, surrounded by golf and located minutes from the Caribbean coast. It is situated in the heart of the Riviera Maya, approximately halfway between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, and about 50 miles south of Cancun International Airport. The three-bedroom villas are available in four different layout prototypes. They feature a spacious open layout with floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. Each residence includes a fully equipped kitchen with an island and a sun-filled, double-height living and dining area. The properties have a covered patio with a pool, an outdoor grill, and a garden area, as well as a large rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi offering views of the golf course and jungle. All bedrooms include closets, and some feature private balconies and en suite bathrooms. The homes have tile floors and high-quality, durable finishes that are easy to maintain.
