The project originated several years ago as an architectural concept. The first applied design blends nature and creativity to offer an original approach to inhabiting space, returning to essential foundations. The construction utilizes respectful techniques, avoiding machinery, deforestation, and deformation of the natural soil. Its handmade artisanal details and particular aesthetic and design have earned it international recognition, including the SBID International Design Award in London, the Frame Award in Amsterdam, and the Architizer A+ Award in New York. The project continues this conscious construction philosophy, where design, research, and development create a sophistication that coexists harmoniously with the natural environment. The project consists of 4 residential structures on 1. 4 hectares of land. It offers 84 apartments ranging from 70 square meters to 300 square meters. The property features pools, waterfalls, and reflective water features. The interiors are designed by ROTH Design, and the art selection is curated by SFER IK. Private parking is available. The landscaping incorporates local vegetation. On-site amenities include a restaurant, a jungle gym and yoga shala, and a fire pit. The property has an exclusive location. It is a meeting point with the jungle nature and represents the residential point closest to the Caribbean Sea in Tulum.
